Ingredients
1 cup sugar
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
dash of salt
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup sour cream
3 mashed bananas
brown sugar (optional)
 
Instructions
In a large bowl, stir in all dry ingredients. Add eggs, sour cream and bananas. Sprinkle brown sugar on top if desired. Bake at 325-350 for 1 hour
