     Cookies (Lactation)

Ingredients
2 Tbs flaxseed (Linseed)
4 Tbs water
4 Tbs brewers yeast 1 tsp salt
3 cups of oats
2 cups plain flour
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup unrefined coconut oil or butter
 
1 cup brown sugar
2 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup choc chips (250g)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Soak Flaxseed in water. Whisk together the oats,flour, brewers yeast,baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
In a large bowl beat the coconut oil until creamy. Add sugar and beat medium to high until fluffy (4-5 minutes). Add eggs, vanilla and flaxseed.
Gradually add dry ingredients, beating on low speed until combined. Stir in choc chips.
Scoop the dough into 1 inch rounds and place on baking sheet about two inches apart. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until bottoms are just golden. Cool on tray
Serving Suggestions
Dried cranberries and dark choc, apricots and almonds, white choc macadamia
