4 strips Bacon, thick
|

1/2 cup Milk
|

4 Tbsp Butter
|
|
1 tsp Salt
|

1 tsp Onion Powder
|
|
1/2 tsp Sugar
|

1/8 tsp Cayenne
|

1 1/4 cups Bread Flour, sifted
|
|
3 Eggs
|

1 1/4 cups Parmesan Cheese
|

|
|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Cook bacon and drain on paper towels, reserve 1/4
fat. Chop bacon after cooling.
|

|
Bring milk, 1/2 cup water, butter and bacon fat to
simmer over medium heat. Add flour and stir
quickly until dough forms.
|

|
Transfer to mixer with paddle and add eggs mixing
on medium speed. On low stir in 1 cup Parmesan and
bacon.
|
|
|
Scoop dough onto parchment lined baking sheet. Top
with remaining Parmesan. Bake at 425 for 20-25
minutes.
