Crust- Crush wafers in cuisinart.. Melt stick of butter in
microwave. Mix the 2 together until wafers are wet. Put in
round pyrex dish and push up on sides. Bake at 350 degrees
for 10 minutes and let cool.
Filling- In medium bowl, beat all together until thickened. Pour
into cooled pie crust.
Meringue- Beat egg whites on high until they hold a soft peak.
Gradually add sugar and beat until firm peaks form. Pile onto
filling making peaks with meringue.
Bake all at 325 degrees until meringue is lightly browned. Let
sit so the pie will set. Serve at room temperature or can be
refrigerated
