     Black Bean Burgers

Ingredients
16 oz can black beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 red bell pepper, rough chop
3-4 green onions, chopped
3 T cilantro, rough chop
3 gloves garlic
1 egg
1 T cumin
1/2 - 3/4 cup quick oats
salt to taste
 
Avocado (1/4 per burger)

Instructions
Dry beans well and mash well. In the food processor, finely chop bell pepper, cilantro, onion and garlic. Then, add oats, then egg, then spices. Stir in mashed beans.
Divide into four patties and place on wax paper. Freeze 1-2 hours until set. Put in fewer safe bag or container. When ready, cook 7 minutes pre side. Serve with avocado on top.
