Dry beans well and mash well. In the food processor, finely chop bell
pepper, cilantro, onion and garlic. Then, add oats, then egg, then
spices. Stir in mashed beans.
Divide into four patties and place on wax paper. Freeze 1-2 hours
until set. Put in fewer safe bag or container. When ready, cook 7
minutes pre side. Serve with avocado on top.
