Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine squash, basil, onion, thyme,
salt and pepper. Add one half the cheddar or jack and all of the
parmesan cheese. Mix well.
Put mixture in a greased 8X8 baking dish and bake uncovered for
30 minutes. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar or jack cheese over the
top. Bake another 15 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and
the squash is tender.
