Ingredients
8 oz beef cut into strips (BULGOGI)
1 tbsp brown sugar (BULGOGI)
1 tbsp soy sauce (BULGOGI)
1 minced garlic clove (BULGOGI)
3 cups of warm cooked medium/short grained rice
4 eggs with 1 tsp salt
6 oz carrots with 1 tsp salt and 1/2 tsk black pepper
yellow pickled radish (if you don't have this, what you make is not kimbap!)
cucumber

8 oz spinach w/ 1/4 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp sesame oil
spinach cont. w/ 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds, 1 tsp minced garlic clove, and 1 tsp green onion
6-7 sheets of nori
imitation crab

Instructions
1. Add 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 minced garlic clove, 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper,1 tbsp brown sugar, and 2 teaspoons sesame oil to the meat. Leave to marinate. If you don't have beef on hand, you can also make the roll using fried spam, hot dogs, sausage, or tuna. You can cook the meat whenever you want. Maybe just prep one or two of the other fillings and then cook it.) Make about 3 cups of rice. How much rice you make depends on how much water you put in. Make about 3 cups.
2. Rest of the fillings- (a) egg omelet- Mix 4 eggs and 1 tsp salt. Pour half into a pan to cook and flip. Pour the rest into pan and flip. Cut egg into strips; (b) carrot- shred 6 oz of carrot. Mix in 1 tsp salt and let it sweat for 10-15 minutes. Over the stove, saute for about 1 minute with vegetable oil and add 1/2 tsp black pepper; (c) slice strips of imitation crabmeat in two and set aside; (d) slice yellow pickled radish into strips and set aside; (e) Cucumber or spinach. Cucumber is used during the summer and hot days. Slice the cucumber into thin long strips and set aside. If you want to make the roll using spinach- blanch 8 oz of spinach in a pot with some salt. Drain and squeeze out excess water. In a bowl, add 1/4 tsp sea salt, 1/8 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds, 1 tsp minced garlic clove, and 1 tsp green onion to the spinach. Then mix. Have all these fillings on hand.
3. Add 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1 tbs sesame oil, and 1 tsp sesame seeds to warm cooked rice. Mix well. Put some rice on the nori and spread out the rice. Place in fillings and then roll. Place roll aside and continue making rolls.
4. Cover your the roll you're about to cut in sesame oil. Cover your knife in sesame oil (be careful). Cut into bite size pieces. Then serve!
