Ingredients
Pâte feuilletté
One egg, beaten
Salmon from a can, cleaned
Salt and pepper
2 heaping tablespoons crčme frâiche
Chopped ciboulette
Additional egg yolk for brushing on top of pastry
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 200degrees centigrade Mix ingredients Pour into center of rolled out pastry Crimp and seal edges, brush with egg yolk Bake until crust is done about 25 - 30 minutes (check after 20) Cut into squares and serve
