     Instant Pot Lasagna Pie

Ingredients
Dry lasagna noodles
jar of pasta sauce
Ricotta cheese
shredded parmesan cheese
1/2 lb ground Italian sausage, cooked and drained
 

Instructions
Spray 6 or 7-inch Springform pan with cooking spray. Break down lasagna noodles to fit bottom in one layer. Add layer of Ricotta cheese and a couple spoonfuls of pasta sauce. Add layer of sausage.
Top w/ another layer of broken lasagna noodles and continue layering until pan is almost full. Last layer should be shredded cheese. (About 2 or 3 layers)
Cover with foil. Add 1 1/2 cups water to bottom of Instant Pot. Put Springform pan on trivet and place in Instant Pot. Cook on High Pressure for 20 minutes. Use slow release for 20 minutes. Let sit for 10 minutes before removing the sides of the pan and serving.
