Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In large bowl,combine cocoas,sugars,salt,flour,espresso powder and
mix ins. Add in yogurt,eggs,vegetable oil, vanilla and coffee. Stir
until just combined, do not over mix.
Scoop batter into an 8x8 or 9x9 pan that has been lightly sprayed
with cooking spray. I prefer to line my pan with foil, the spray, as
this makes it easy to remove the brownies from the pan,slice and
serve.
Bake for approximately 35 minutes for an 9x9 pan or 45 minutes for
an 8x8 pan. To check if they are done. place a knife or toothpick
into the center. When you pull it out, it should still be a little moist,
but starting to bake up.
Remove from oven an allow to cool in pan for at least 30 minutes.
