     Marinated Mushrooms

Ingredients
1/2 tsp white peppper
3 pounds mushrooms
1/2 tsp black peppper
pinch of oregano
2 ounces of sugar
2 ounces of accent
1 small chopped red onion
1 -3 cloves garlic minced
1 pint Red Wine Vinegar
 
1/2 pint Wesson oil
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a quart size mason jar. Let marinate for 36 hours
