1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees; line a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside
2. Top puff pastry with pesto and cheese. Starting at one of the narrow ends of the rectangle, roll the dough into a tight log, pressing down to seal. Slice vertically into two logs and twist together
3. Bake until golden brown and the puff pastry is cooked through, approximately 35-40 minutes. Allow to cool and serve warm or at room temperature.
