     Easy Freezer Meat Loaf Recipe

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 cup milk
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp dried sage leaves
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground mustard
1/2 tsp pepper
2 garlic cloves chopped or 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 egg
 
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 small onion, diced

Instructions
Combine all ingredients. Shape into a large loaf and place in an ungreased 9x5 pan. Wrap is saran wrap, then foil, date and store in the freezer for up to 6 months.
When you are ready to cook, preheat oven to 350. Bake uncovered for about 1 hour or until a meat thermometer reads 160F Let cool to room temperature and serve
