     Baked French toast casserole

Ingredients
1 loaf French toast cut into 1 inch slices
6 large eggs
2 cups half and half
1 cup low-fat milk
2 T. White sugar
1 teas. Vanilla extract
1 teas. Ground cinnamon
1 teas nutmeg
1 pinch salt
 
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup light brown sugar
1 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 teas light corn syrup
1 teas Gd. Cinnamon
1 teas Gd. Nutmeg
2 T powdered sugar

Instructions
Butter a 9x13. Whisk together first 8 Ingredients in a bowl. Dip each of bread in mixture and arrange in overlapping rows in the 9x13. Cover and refg. 8 hours or overnight. Preheat oven to 350. Mixture rest of ingre. Except powdered sugar and spread over bread. Bake till brown, about 45 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered
