Cream Crisco and sugar. Add eggs and then cream.
Sift flour, salt, and baking powder. Add flour
mixture and OJ alternately, starting and ending
with flour. Stir in rind.
Bake at 375 for 15 minutes
Top with icing while cookies are still hot.
