I tend to add more parmesan cheese than it
calls for. You can also saute some chicken
and/or mushrooms and add them to the sauce
right before you mix it with the pasta. After I
cook the pasta, I drain it in a colander then
put it back in the pan, pour the sauce in, and
mix it all up. You can put some more Parmesan
cheese on top when you serve it.
