1)Split muffins and brush one side with melted butter or margarine.
2)On one half of a muffin, layer 1 egg patty, 1 slice of cheese, 1 slice of meat.
3) Top with remaining half of muffin.
4) wrap each sandwich in an individual fol sheet.
5) Store in refrigerator overnight. Heat sandwhiches prior to meal service.
6) Pre-heat oven to 325'. Place wrapped sandwiches on sheet pan and heat in oven to temp of 140'. Serve 1 sandwich per guest

Suggestions
A croissant can be substitued for the muffin. Bacon or pork roll can be substitued for Ham.
