  2 pans 12x20x2

Ingredients
15 lbs sliced apples or fruit of choice
1 1/2 c granulated sugar
1/3 c lemon juice
Combine 1st 3 ingredients and divide evenly between 2 greased pans
Topping-
1 1/4 lb butter or margarine
3 cups all purpose flour
3 cups rolled oats
6 cups brown sugar, lightly packed
 
1 tsp cinnamon or nutmeg

Instructions
1) Combine dry ingredients and mix until crumbly. 2) Spread evenly over fruit 3) Bake. Portion each pan 4x8. Apples can be fresh,canned or frozen
