     Pasta Primavera

Servings   25 8 oz servings

2 cups fresh carrots, julienne strips
3 cups broccoli florets
3/4 cup margarine
1/2 cup diced onion; 1 cup sliced mushrooms;1 cup frozen peas
2 tsp minced garlic
Saute all veggies in margarine. Add 2/3 cup flour and mix into vegetables. Cook for 5 minutes
2 Tbsp LS vegetable base paste added to above
Combine 2 qts water with 2 cups of cream soup base mix add ro vegetables
2 cups diced Ham cubes (optional)
2 lbs dry pasta of choice cooked and drained
Combine all ingredients

CCP- Heat all to a temp of 165' Hold for service at 135' or greater CCP- Cool leftovers to 41' within 4 hours. May be reheated only one to 165' within 2 hours.
