Ingredients
10 lbs G-Cut Cabbage - 3 cups shredded carrots
4 cups Mayo or Salad Dressing
1 cup half and half
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
 
Instructions
1) combine dressing ingredients and mix with cabbage and carrots. 2) Refrigerate and store for service at 41' or less.
