Brown sausage in cast iron skillet. Sprinkle with cheese. Mix together eggs, milk, onion powder, salt and pepper to taste. Pour over sausage and cheese. Line top with tater tots, bacon and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
