     Gingerbread Oreo Cookie Balls

1 (8 ounce) brick cream cheese, softened
36 golden oreo cookies, finely crushed (about 3 cups)
3 Tablespoons molasses
2 teaspoons ginger
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
16 ounces white chocolate, melted
Decorative sprinkles

Mix cream cheese and cookie crumbs until blended. Add molasses, ginger, and cinnamon; mix until evenly distributed. Shape into 48 (1 inch) balls. Freeze 10 minutes. Dip balls in melted white chocolate and top with a decorative sprinkle (optional). Place in single layer in shallow waxed paper lined pan. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
