     Chickpea-quinoa burger v.1

Ingredients
2 cups cooked chickpeas
1/2 c. cooked quinoa
1/2 c. cooked buckwheat groats
1/4 c. bread crumbs
2 Tbs. ground flax seed
3 Tbs. bread crumbs
1 red pepper
1 bunch scallions
1/4 c. rye flour, for dusting
 
2 Tbs. coconut oil (refined)
3 Tbs. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
2 tbsp. water
pinch of cayenne
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/8 tsp. garlic
black pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. paprika, cumin,salt

Instructions
Mix it it up like it ain't no thing. roll each ball in rye flour, flatten on cookie sheet and bake at 350F for 20 minutes, flip to other side and bake another 20 minutes until both sides are golden brown.
