Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Place in slow cooker. Pour soup over chicken. Cover and cook on low 6 hours. Remove chicken to a serving dish or platter. Cover to keep warm. Turn slow cooker to high. In a small mixing bowl, blend flour into water until smooth. Stir into hot gravy in slow cooker. Cook until thickened. Pour over chicken to serve. Sprinkle with paprika just before serving.
