Place half the chicken in your slow cooker. In a bowl, mix the soups and wine together. Pour half the sauce over the chicken. Place the other half of the chicken in the slow cooker. Pour the remaining sauce over that layer. Cover and cook on low 4-6 hours, or until the chicken is tender. Ten minutes before serving, sprinkle with cheese.
