Ingredients
50 5 oz boneless, skinless chicken breasts, seasoned
combine-
seasoned flour- onion powder, pepper, garlic, paprika
Dredge chicken inflour mixture
BAae on sheetpan lined with parchment paper. Brush with 1 lb melted margarine
Bake uncovered until browned to an internal temp of 165'
 

Instructions
CCP- Hold cooked chicken at 135' or higher until service. CCP- Alwys wash hands, wash and sanitize counters, utensils and containers
