     Mexican Wedding Cake

Ingredients
2 cups of flour
2 cups sugar
2 1/2 tsp baking soda
2 eggs
2 tbs vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans
1 20oz can of crushed pineapple with juice
Frosting
 
1 cup sugar
8oz cream cheese
2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 sick butter and beat

Instructions
Mix with spoon all the ingredients together. Pour into a greased and flour 9 by 13 glass pan. BAke at 350 for 30-35 minutes. Cool
Frosting - Beat all the ingredients together then spread on top of the cool cake.
