Melt in a double boiler the marshmallows and milk and watch carefully. Let cool. Whip 1/2 pint of whipping cream and add the almond extract and vanilla extract. Combine the marshmallow and cream mixture. Fold in the grated chocolate. Pour in a graham crust. Put almonds on top if desired.
