Cut sweet corn off the cob with an electric
knife. ( I stand it up inside a bunch pan. It
helps hold the corn steady and the kernals fall
into the pan.) In a stock pot, melt a stick of
butter. Add 12 cups of corn, 1 cup of milk, and
1/2 cup sugar. Cook until bubbly and then
freeze in cool whip containers or freezer bags
