     Zuppa Toscana Soup

Ingredients
1 (16 oz) pkg. sausage
2 large potatoes cut in 1/4-inch slices
3/4 cup chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp minced garlic
2 cups kale, washed, dried and shredded
2 Tbsp chicken bullion powder
1 qt water
1/c cup heavy whipping cream
1 tsp crushed red pepper (add more or less to taste)
 

Instructions
Cook sausage. Place onions in large saucepan. Cook over medium heat until onions are almost clear. Add garlic to onion, and cook an additional minute. Add chicken bullion, water, and potatoes and simmer for 15 minutes. Add sausage, kale, and cream and simmer for 4 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
