- boil water
- once water is boiling, slowly lower eggs into the boiling
water (use a pasta slot spoon to lower eggs)
-boil for 15 minutes
- Shut off burner and leave eggs until cool
They will peel perfectly.
Cut up eggs
Add Greek Yogurt to consistency you like
(creaminess)
Add 1-3 teaspoons of mayo (to taste)
Add salt to taste
