     Peppermint Brownies

Ingredients
3 packages jiffy fudge brownie mix
3 eggs
3 Tablespoons water
6 Tablespoons oil
1 bag (10 ounces) creme de menthe baking chips, divided
2 packages jiffy white frosting mix or 3 cups powdered sugar
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 Tablespoon milk
Green food coloring (optional)
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 13 x 9 inch pan. Prepare brownie mixes as directed on packages. Add 1/2 cup of mint chips. Mix well. Bake 30-35 minutes. Cool completely. For frosting, mix cream cheese until smooth. Add frosting mixes or powdered sugar. Blend well. (If mixture is too thick add milk). Blend in food coloring (optional). Spread over brownies. Let stand 30 minutes for frosting to slightly harden. In double boiler, melt remaining mint chips, over low heat, until almost melted. Remove from heat and stir until completely melted. Drizzle over frosting and chill to set.
