     Slow cooker Vegetable Beef Soup

Ingredients
1 lb. round steak and cut into 1/2 inch cubes
14 1/2 oz. diced tomatoes, undrained
3 cups water
2 medium-sized potatoes, peeled and cubed
onion, diced
3 ribs of celery, sliced
2 carrots, sliced
3 beef bouillon cubes
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
 
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 1/2 cups frozen mixed vegetables

Instructions
Combine all ingredients, except mixed vegetables, in slow cooker.
Cover and cook on high for 6 hours.
Add vegetables.
Cover and cook on high for 2 more hours.
