Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Layer half of the potatoes in an 8 inch square baking dish, sprinkle with half the bacon, 1 cup cheese and 1 cup fried onions. Top with remaining potatoes. Bake 20 minutes or until hot. Top with remaining bacon, cheese and fried onions. Bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
