     Very Stale Bread Panzella Salad

Very stale italian/french/sour dough bread
Ripe tomatoes
Balsamic Vinegar
Extra Virgin Olive Oil / Garlic Olive Oil
Minced Garlic

Slice bread into cubes. Slice tomatoes into smaller chunks. Throw in bowl, and then pour olive oil over the entire tomato and bread mixture, and then toss. Do the same for the balsamic vinegar and toss again. Finally, sprinkle some minced garlic with the juice from the jar into the mixture and toss again. Let stand for a few minutes before serving. ENJOY!!!
