1. Microwave water and rinsed quinoa in a medium microwave-safe bowl on High power for 5 minutes.
|
|
|
2. Stir then microwave for an additional 6 minutes or until most of the water is absorbed.
|
|
|
3. Remove quinoa from microwave then cover for a few minutes. Fluff and add creamer then split into two bowls
|
|
|
4. Top quinoa with banana and berries.
