Ingredients
6 Chicken Breasts - boneless and skinless
1 pound bacon
1 package pressed beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
 

Instructions
Set oven to 250 for 3 hour slow bake or Set oven to 350 for 1 hour quick bake. Slow makes meat more tender.
Cover the bottom of a 9x13 glass dish with pressed beef in a double layer. Wrap 2 pieces of uncooked bacon around each breast and lay on top of pressed beef. Mix together soup and sour cream and spoon over the chicken. Bake uncovered in 250 preheated oven for 3 hours. Serve with rice.
QUICK BAKE INSTRUCTIONS at 350 degrees Omit the sauce and bake for 30 min first. Then put the soup and sour cream sauce on and cook for 30 min more.
Serving Suggestions
Serve over rice.
