Set oven to 325
Mix graham cracker crumbs,melted butter, and sugar
together and press firmly into bottom and sides of
pie dish. Bake for 5 min. Set aside to cool

Filling- add sugar and vanilla to beaten eggs.
Then using hand mixer add creamed cheese bit by
bit until fully incorporated and smooth. Pour
into pie shell and bake 25-30 min until set.
Cool for 15 min.

Topping- blend sour cream with vanilla and sugar
and spoon over top of cooked cheesecake. Bake for
10 min. Cool completely before refrigerating.
