     Pie - Cheesecake two layer

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup butter melted
2 TB white sugar
2 eggs beaten well
8 oz cream cheese softened
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
 
1 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 TB white sugar

Instructions
Set oven to 325 Mix graham cracker crumbs,melted butter, and sugar together and press firmly into bottom and sides of pie dish. Bake for 5 min. Set aside to cool
Filling- add sugar and vanilla to beaten eggs. Then using hand mixer add creamed cheese bit by bit until fully incorporated and smooth. Pour into pie shell and bake 25-30 min until set. Cool for 15 min.
Topping- blend sour cream with vanilla and sugar and spoon over top of cooked cheesecake. Bake for 10 min. Cool completely before refrigerating.
Serving Suggestions
Top with canned cherries or fresh fruit.
