     Fruit Salad - Healthy Waldorf

Ingredients
2 cups chopped apples
1/4 cup walnuts chopped
1/4 cup pecans chopped
1 cup celery chopped
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup plain, nonfat Greek yogurt (or sour cream)
2 tsp extra virgin olive oil (optional)
1 tsp lemon juice (or more)
1 tsp honey (or more)
 

Instructions
Add the first 5 ingredients to a serving bowl.
Right before serving mix the yogurt, oil, lemon juice and honey in small bowl and then toss with fruit and nuts.
Cover and refrigerate. Serve within 1 hour.
