In a large bowl mash the potatoes with cream
cheese and butter. Beat with hand mixer until
butter is melted.

Blen eggs and milk with spices and incorporate
into potato mixture. Spoon into 9x13 pan.

|
Cover and refrigerate for several hours or
overnight.
Remove pan from fridge 30 min before baking.
|
|
|
Set oven to 350 and bake UNCOVERED for 45-60
minutes until hot and lightly browned.
