     Potato - Sour Cream Potatoes

Ingredients
2 lbs frozen cubed hash browns
1/2 cup butter melted
1/2 tsp season salt (Johnnys)
1/4 tsp pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 onion finely chopped
2 cups sour cream
2 cups cheddar cheese grated
 
TOPPING
2 cups cornflake crumbs and 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions
Set oven to 325 In large skillet saute onions in butter til tender
In large mixing bowl combine frozen hashbrowns, 1/2 cup cooled melted butter, season salt, pepper, chicken soup, onions, sour cream and grated cheese. Stir til combined and scoop into 9x13 glass pan.
TOPPING- Melt 1/4 cup butter and combine with 2 Cups cornflake crumbs. Spoon over the top of the potatoes and spread to the edges.
Bake uncovered for 45-60 min until hot and bubbley and heated through. Test in the center.
Serving Suggestions
Great served with Ham. A Christmas favorite
