      Slow Cooker Roasted Veggies

2 Large Bell Peppers, Chopped
1 Sweet Potato, Peeled & Cubed
2 Large Zucchini, Sliced
2 Tablespoons Minced Garlic
Salt, To Taste

1. Add all your vegetables to your slow cook and season with salt.
2. Cook for 3 hours on High or 6 hours on Low, stirring occasionally.
