Mix all the above together. To make any richer, add one third cup powdered non dairy creamer and or a Tablespoon or two of malted milk powder to above mixture.
Add four tablespoons of mix more or less to suit individuals tastes to a cup of boiling water. For the best add whipping cream and marshmallows.
