     Mexican Fruit Cake

Ingredients
2 c flour
1 c pecans finely chopped
2 c sugar
2 beaten eggs
2 tsp soda
2 c undrained unsweetened crushed pineapple
Frosting-
8 oz cream cheese soft
 
2 2 1/2 c powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and blend well. Spread batter into greased and floured 9x13 pan and bake in a preheated 350 oven for 1 hour, frost while hot. Frosting - Combine and beat until smooth, frost hot cake.
