Break eggs in disposable coffee cup. Break
yokes and stir with a fork to mix. Add a bit of
milk or water and stir some more. Heat on high
in the microwave in 30 second increments
stirring each time. When the eggs are cooked
add seasoning to taste and two wedges of
laughing cow cheese. Stir to mix and melt the
cheese.
