Wash the potato. Contrary to popular opinion DO
NOT poke holes in the potato. Microwave on high
till cooked through (usually 10 minutes). You
will know it is done when you can poke a fork in
it with ease. While the potato is cooking, put
the chili in a microwavable dish. When the potato
is done take it out and let it sit to cool off.
While it is cooling off, heat up the chili per
the instructions. When the chili is ready split
the potato open and break it up a bit with a
fork. Add the chili on top. Add cheese and sour
cream on top of that if you like.
