Put the Fusilli pasta in boiling water for 10-12 minutes. Add in a
sprinkle of olive oil and a tiny pinch of salt to the water. Cut the
chicken breast into slices and season in a bowl with pepper,
salt, oregano and 2 chopped cloves of garlic. Mix well.

Sprinkle a little olive oil on a heating frying pan on the stove
and cook the chicken until well done. After pasta and chicken
have been cooked, drain the pasta and leave the chicken out.

To make the salad dressing, put the 3 tbs of olive oil in a bowl.
chop up the remaining garlic and put it in as well. Squeeze in
the juice of a lemon, add in a pinch of salt and pepper and mix
well.

Prepare the Rocket salad in a large salad bowl. Add in the
chicken and pasta and pour the sauce evenly throughout the
salad. After washing, put the cherry tomatoes in as well. Lastly,
add the parmesan cheese and enjoy.
