Ingredients
6 Eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups veg oil
4 tbs potato starch
1 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 cups cake meal
1 cup choc chips or nuts raisins
 
Instructions
make dough and refrigerate overnight.make 2 or 3 loaves on cookie sheet
Bake in 350 oven for 30 min slice and return to oven to brown sides 5 to 10 min each side
