     Slow Cooker Beer Can Chicken

Ingredients
2 Tbl Smoked Paprika
2 tsp salt
2 tsp pepper
2 tsp dried Oregano Leaves
2 tsp dried Thyme Leaves
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
4 (6 Inch) strips foil- Each bunched into a ball
1 Can Beer (16 oz)
 
1 Whole Chicken 6 1/2 to 7 pounds
Instructions
Mix spices together in bowl and set aside. Place 4 balls of foil in bottom of crock pot. Pour Beer into crock pot.
Rinse Chicken and pat dry Rub Chicken in spices. Place Chicken on top of foil
Cover and cook on high for 3 Hours or Low 5-7 Hours
