2 POUND OF LEAN GROUND BEEF
11/2 CUP DRY BREAD CRUMBS
2 EGGS
1 SMALL ONION
1/4 PARMESAN CHEESE
1 (8 OUNCE) TOMATO SAUCE
1/2 TABLESPOON WORCESTERSHIRE
 

Instructions
PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES. IN MIXING BOWL COMBINE GROUND BEEF ,BREAD CRUMBS,EGGS,WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE,ONION AND PARMESAN CHEESE.SHAPE INTO LOAF AND PLACE IN A 8X4 PAN.TOP WITH TOMATO SAUCE
BAKE FOR 1 HOUR, UNTIL DONE. ALLOW TO REST FOR 10 MINUTES BEFORE SERVING.
